We put fish fillet in a baking dish - I have pollock fillet, but absolutely any fillet is suitable for this recipe

For the sauce, mix sour cream and mayonnaise (you can take one thing here who loves how). I try not to abuse mayonnaise, but I can't completely abandon it - in my opinion, it still tastes better with it. Grease carrots with half the sauce

We cut the potatoes into circles. In this recipe, it is not required, but it solves the problem with the side dish and there is no need to stain additional dishes)

We lay out the potatoes with the next layer

We put it on

A little pepper

Onion cut half rings

Put onions on top of potatoes

Grease with the remaining sauce

We bake at 180 degrees 40-50 minutes until the potatoes are ready, but if we bake without it, then only 30 minutes will be enough
