Octopus in tomato sauce in oven

Octopus - 2.5 kg, Potatoes - 750 gr, Onions - 1 pc., Garlic - to taste, Olive oil - 50 ml, Sugar - 1 tea, Butter - 30 g, Bell pepper - 1 pc., Tomatoes - 500 gr, Hot green pepper - 5 g, Plums - 200 g, Lemons - 0.5 pcs, Salt - to taste, Pepper - to taste, Worcester sauce - 1 tsp, Capers - 20 gr, Greens - to taste
Rinse the octopus, cut off the head, leave only the tentacles.
Send the octopus into boiling water, cook for 1 hour over low heat.
Prepare the sauce. Finely chop the onions and garlic.
Pour olive oil into a warmed frying pan, put the chopped onions, fry well over a high heat.
Add sugar.
Add garlic to the onion.
Add butter.
Cut the pepper into large straws, send to the pan to the onion and garlic.
Add the tomatoes to the pan with the fried onions, garlic and pepper. Simmer.
Cut the burning pepper with rings, send it to the pan with the sauce.
Add Cream.
Remove the bones from half of the lemon, squeeze the juice into the sauce.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add Worcester sauce.
Finely chop capers, send to a frying pan. The sauce is ready.
Get the octopus out of the pot. Cut off the tentacles.
Put half the sauce on the bottom of the heat-resistant dish.
Put the tentacles on the sauce.
Cut the peeled potatoes into large cubes or rings. Put in the mold on the tentacles.
Put the rest of the sauce on the potatoes.
Close the mold tightly with foil on all sides. Place in the oven for 40 minutes, set the temperature to 180 grams.
After 40 minutes, get the mold, make a cut in foil, arrange on plates, decorate with fresh greens, the dish is ready! Enjoy your meal!
