How to make meat stewed with vegetables in the oven? A very simple dish. First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Beef pulp can be taken from any part of the carcass, during the cooking process the meat will still turn out to be soft. Vegetables and spices can complement and change to your liking. Zucchini and eggplant are good here.
Wash the beef, dry and cut into small pieces.
Peel and cut the potatoes into medium cubes.
Peel and chop the carrots. I have small carrots, so I took 2 pieces.
Peel and cut the bulb into 6-8 pieces.
In a frying pan, heat some of the vegetable oil over high heat. Lay out the beef and fry, stirring, until golden brown. At the end, sprinkle the meat with half the spices and stir. Transfer the beef to a plate.
Reduce the fire to medium. Pour the remaining vegetable oil into the pan. Lay out the potatoes, carrots and onions. Pour in the remaining spices. Stir fry for 5-7 minutes.
Put the fried vegetables and meat into the baking dish, add whole cherry tomatoes. Cherry tomatoes can be replaced with regular tomatoes cut into wedges. Pour in clean drinking water. You can also cook this dish in serving casserole pots.
Cover the mould with a lid. Bake the meat with the vegetables in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 1 hour or longer until the meat and vegetables are ready.
