How to make pork under a potato fur coat with cheese? Prepare everything you need for this. Peel and rinse the potatoes. If the pork is frozen, then it must be pulled out of the freezer in advance so that it thaws at room temperature. Choose boneless meat.
For baking, take any heat-resistant shape. It can be glass, metal or ceramic. Brush the bottom of the form with vegetable oil a little. Cut the pork into pieces and place in an even layer along the bottom of the prepared mold. Sprinkle salt and spices over the meat.
Peel the onions, rinse in cold water and cut into half rings or a little smaller. Place the chopped onions on the surface of the meat.
Wash the potatoes with a brush under running water, peel them. Grate raw potatoes on a coarse grater.
Do not leave grated potatoes for long or they will start to darken. Immediately place the grated potatoes over the surface of the meat and spread it evenly. Salt a little.
Cut the washed tomatoes in half and remove the peduncle. Then slice the tomatoes. Spoon the chopped slices of tomato over the potatoes.
Top with the grated cheese. Place the tin in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes. When baking, navigate your oven. If you don't want the cheese to blush, then sprinkle it at the end of the bake. Then it just melts a little bit.
Meat under a fur coat and cheese is ready! Remove the tin from the oven and arrange the dish into plates. Serve hot.
It turns out very tasty and satisfying! Pleasant appetite!
