Ingredients.
Peel carrots and onions, three carrots on a coarse grater, finely cut onions.
Boil the potatoes in salted water, crowding in mash with the addition of butter.
We sauté vegetables in vegetable oil, add spices to taste a few minutes before readiness, mix. The vegetables for filling are slightly cooled.
