Potatoes - 1 kg, Chicken - 800 grams, Mayonnaise - 200 grams, Vegetable oil - 1 tea liter, Garlic - 2 teeth, Salt - to taste, Pepper - to taste, Bay leaf - to taste, Parsley - to taste
Let's prepare the products. Peel the potatoes, wash well. Wash and dry the chicken.
Cut the potatoes into large pieces.
Salt the potatoes and pepper to taste, add bay leaves and any favorite spices. I added Provence herbs. Add 100-150 grams of mayonnaise. Mix everything well and let go for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash the chicken thighs (in my case), dry with a paper towel. Salt-pepper, I add another ground bay leaf. Pass two garlic cloves through the press, add them to the chicken and the remaining 100-150 grams of mayonnaise. Stir and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
