Chicken - 800 g, Potatoes - 6 pcs., Onions - 1 pc., Mayonnaise - 100 g, Vegetable oil - 20 g, Dry spices - to taste, Salt - to taste
Add some salt and spice to the mayonnaise. When adding salt, keep in mind that mayonnaise already contains it in the composition. The spice can be a ground mixture of peppers and dried herbs, for example, dill, parsley. You can add a little crushed garlic. Or add something to your liking. In the resulting mayonnaise mixture, roll the chicken and potatoes. Make sure all the pieces are evenly topped with sauce.
Brush the roasting tin a little with vegetable oil. Put the chopped onions on the bottom, spread the chicken on top. Distribute the potatoes evenly between the chicken pieces. Cover the shape with a sheet of foil. Place the dish in the oven, warmed to 200 degrees, for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil sheet and leave the tin in the oven for another 20 minutes to make the dish brown. Navigate your oven.
