How to make chicken with tomatoes in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Any parts of the chicken can be used to cook. it can be shins, thighs or fillet. Or you can take a whole chicken and chop it into pieces. Tomatoes can be taken cherry or regular large ones and simply chopped. Peel and rinse the potatoes beforehand.

I will use chicken thighs to cook. I have them large enough, so I divided each thigh in half. Chicken pieces can be any size. Sprinkle salt and spices over the chicken. Rub the spices into the meat and leave to lie a little.

Chop the peeled potatoes and bell peppers into large chunks.

For baking, you can take any heat-resistant form, the bottom and sides of which are greased with olive oil. Place the prepared chicken pieces in the tin, and spread the chopped potatoes in between.
