How to bake chicken with potatoes in sour cream in the oven? Prepare everything you need for this. Peel the potatoes and rinse them in running water from dirt. If the chicken is frozen, then it must be taken out of the freezer in advance and allowed to defrost at room temperature. Sour cream is suitable for any fat content.
Rinse the chicken carcass in running water and dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Then chop the chicken into a few pieces. You don't need to do very small things. Let it be large pieces.
Peel the garlic and pass through the press. In a separate bowl, combine the crushed garlic, half the sour cream, salt and spices. Ground peppers and paprika can be used as a spice.
Put the prepared chicken pieces in the bowl and mix everything. Leave the chicken to stand for 30-60 minutes at room temperature. This time is enough for the chicken to go a little fine.
