How to bake a rabbit in soy sauce and sour cream in the oven? To make the marinade, prepare a spacious bowl so that it is convenient to mix rabbit meat in it. Combine soy sauce, vegetable oil, sour cream and mustard in the bowl.
Add the dried basil and taste a little salt and spice. Mix everything well until smooth.
Chop the rabbit meat into pieces, rinse well in running water and dry with a paper towel or paper napkins. Fold All the rabbit pieces into the resulting marinade. Stir to evenly coat all the pieces with marinade. Cover the bowl with a lid or cling film and leave at room temperature for 2 hours.
