Roasted rabbit with vegetables in oven

Rabbit - 1 kg, Potatoes - 1200 g, Carrots - 300 g, Sour cream - 200 g, Garlic - 2 teeth, Water - 200 ml, Salt - to taste, Pepper - to taste, Dry spices - to taste, Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Let's prepare the products.
It is advisable to soak rabbit meat a little in water to improve its taste. Then we cut it into portions.
Put the meat in a bowl, season with salt, pepper, spices, mix and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, the peeled vegetables need to be chopped. Potatoes are in large wedges, and carrots are cut with bars. Turn on to heat the oven 180 degrees.
We take a deep heat-resistant form, lay out the vegetables mixed, salt a little.
Lay out pieces of minced rabbit on top. Squeeze the meat slightly into the vegetables.
For sour cream dressing in a bowl, mix sour cream, crushed garlic, some spices and a glass of water. We stir it up well.
Pour sour cream on top of a rabbit with vegetables.
Cover the form with foil and send it to the oven. Under the foil, the dish will be prepared for about 40 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 50-60 minutes. The rabbit will brown and be with a mouth-watering crust. Check your readiness, as the ovens are baked in different ways. This time was enough for me to bake a rabbit.
