How to make potatoes with cheese layers in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Peel and rinse the potatoes.
Cut the peeled potatoes into circles about 1cm thick. It is not necessary to cut very thinly so that the potatoes do not fall apart during cooking.
Pour the cream and water into a small saucepan, place on a heat and bring to a boil. Run the garlic through the press straight into the pan. Drop the chopped potatoes into the boiling cream and cook over a low heat for 5-7 minutes.
