How to make potatoes with champignons and chicken? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For cooking, you can use any part of the chicken or take a whole chicken and chop it into parts. I'll cook with chicken shins. Sour cream can be of any fat content. It can be replaced with mayonnaise.
Rinse the chicken shins in running water and dry with a paper towel from excess moisture. Put them in a spacious bowl. Rinse the champignons from dirt and cut into large pieces. You can just cut them in half. Add them to the chicken.
Separately mix sour cream with ketchup. Add the salt and spices. As a spice, I added ready-made chicken spices and some dried basil. Mix everything.
Put the resulting sauce to the chicken with mushrooms. Peel the garlic and pass through the press. Stir everything and leave to stand a little.
At this time, peel the potatoes, rinse them from dirt and cut them into large pieces. Put the chopped potatoes in a bowl and toss everything together.
For baking, you can take any heat-resistant form. I take ceramic. Brush the bottom and sides of the form with vegetable oil and transfer the chicken with potatoes and mushrooms. Distribute everything evenly throughout the shape. Place in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 1 hour. Navigate your oven.
After baking, the potatoes will become soft, the chicken will begin to brown. Remove the tin from the oven, arrange on plates and serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
