Potatoes - 4 pcs., Champignons - 200 g, Onions - 1 pc., Sour cream - 100 g, Greens - 10 g, Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp., Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste
Peel, rinse and grind the onions. Pour some vegetable oil into the pan. Fry the finely chopped onions for a minute, then add the champignons to them. Fry everything together for 3-5 minutes. You don't need to fry until you are fully ready - the mushrooms will finish in the oven. Wait for the mushrooms to decrease in size.
Any heat-resistant form is suitable for baking. I will cook in ceramic. Brush the bottom and sides of the form with vegetable oil. Transfer the potatoes with mushrooms to a prepared dish and distribute evenly. Place the tin in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Navigate your oven. To prevent the top from drying out, you can cover a little with foil.
