How to bake potatoes with mushrooms and tomatoes in the oven? Prepare everything that is indicated in the list. Tomatoes can be used regular or cherry.
Peel potatoes, garlic and onions. Rinse everything in clean water. Dry the products with a tea towel to remove any remaining moisture.
Cut the potatoes into medium-sized pieces. Cut the champignons into 2 or 4 parts, depending on the size of the mushrooms. Grate the cheese on a grater with large teeth.
Send potatoes and mushrooms to a large bowl. Halve the tomatoes and then slice each half into thin plates. Crush the onion arbitrarily not coarsely. Chop the garlic finely or run through the press.
Send the onions and garlic to the potatoes with the mushrooms. Salt to taste, add your favorite spices and pour in the cream. Mix everything very well.
Put the products in a baking dish.
Spread the tomatoes on top with an even layer, as in the photo. Send the tin to a preheated oven and bake until the potatoes are cooked. How long and at what temperature to bake products? It completely depends on the capabilities of your oven, focus only on them. I baked for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees.
Remove the tin from the oven and sprinkle the grated cheese over the top and bake until the cheese is browned. About 10-15 minutes.
Garnish the finished dish with fresh greens and serve immediately to the table.
