Potato boats in a mince-filled oven
6 servings1 hour 25 min
Potatoes - 1 kg, Minced meat - 500 g, Onions - 100 g, Bell peppers - 100 g, Garlic - 3 teeth, Basil - 0.5 tea liters, Sour cream - 2 table liters, Hard cheese - 50 g, Table salt - to taste, Ground black pepper - to taste

Necessary ingredients

Mince for this recipe I have homemade pork and beef, but anyone will do - the one you like more

Finely cut onions

Garlic is crushed with the flat side of a knife and cut

Add chopped onions and garlic, salt, pepper to the mince

Add dried basil or any other spices to taste

We add bell pepper - it will give our dish a kind of piquancy. It's spring and I have homemade frozen pepper

Stir and leave the mince to soak a little in the onion, garlic, pepper and spices

We choose large potatoes for this recipe. We cut it in half and cut out the middle with a knife, you don't need to - we leave about 1 cm on the walls. I have young potatoes with a thin skin, so I cook directly with it - in my opinion it even tastes better, only of course, before it must be thoroughly washed. Older potatoes are better to peel

Fill our boats with stuffing stuffing

Grease the top of the boats with sour cream and send them in free swimming in the oven for 1 hour. The top can be covered with additional foil (I did not cover)

Three have some cheese

We take out potato boats from the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes

The potato boats in the mince oven are ready! We call everyone to the table!

Enjoy your meal!
