For potato baskets, take three to four large potatoes. Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until cooked. Then we prepare mashed potatoes with the addition of the specified amount of butter. Carefully, so that it does not curl, drive raw egg into the mashed potatoes, mix well so that there are no lumps. Leave the mashed potatoes to cool. There is one nuance - depending on the variety of potatoes, you may need a little flour in the mash for a bunch of potato dough, I usually add two tablespoons of flour. We make baskets from cooled mashed potatoes. To do this, we will need silicone molds for muffins or muffins, if the molds are not silicone, then we pre-lubricate them with vegetable oil. Place small portions of mashed potatoes (about one tablespoon with a slide) in molds and gently distribute the potatoes inside the mold over the entire area with our hands wetted in water. Put the potato baskets in the oven warmed to 180 degrees and bake until brown, minutes 15-20. We remove the finished baskets from the oven, let them cool a little so as not to burn. Then carefully remove our potato baskets from the moulds and already leave to cool until completely cooled on the grill. You can start such baskets with anything, for example, cottage cheese cream with salmon or herring forshmak, as well as any favorite salad. I propose you to try the option a la "Herring under a fur coat" in a new way. We clean the herring from skin and bones, separate the fillet. Cut half of one herring fillet into small pieces. The amount of herring depends on your love for this product and on the saltiness of the herring itself. Boil the egg hard-boiled. We rub beetroot and egg on a coarse grater. Add finely chopped onions (pickled is possible). Fill with mayonnaise. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Mix well. We fill potato baskets with the resulting salad "fur coat, " and lay out a piece of herring on top and decorate with onion rings. Enjoy your meal!
