To prepare potato lobes, you will need potatoes, vegetable oil, as well as salt and spices (it is advisable to use paprika, curry, turmeric, black ground pepper will work well, and granular garlic will also give an excellent taste).
Potatoes can be cleaned, or you can leave the skin, but in this case you should rinse the tubers well, preferably with a brush. Cut the prepared potatoes into wedges.
Add the vegetable oil, salt and spices.
Stir the potatoes with your hands so that the spiced oil is evenly distributed over the entire surface (you can put the potatoes with oil and spices in a bag and mix in a bag, then the hands will remain clean).
Put the wedges on the baking sheet, putting them on the rib. This will ensure perfect baking and uniform browning.
Place the potato wedges in an oven preheated to 190-200 degrees. Bake for about 30-40 minutes. As soon as the wedges browned appetisingly and were soft inside - take it out.
Serve the ready-made oven-baked potato wedges hot with one or more sauces.
