Potatoes - 10 pcs., Hard cheese - 100 g, Egg yolks - 2 pcs., Sour cream - 2 tbsp., Pork belly - 150 g, Salt - to taste
Wash the potatoes well. Wrap each tuber in foil. Bake in the oven preheated to 120 degrees, until cooked. You can check the readiness of potatoes by poking it through the foil with a toothpick.
Grind the greens.
Finely chop the brisket.
Cut the potatoes in half. Using a spoon, carefully remove the flesh so that the boats are obtained.
Grind the pulp with a fork. Add sour cream and yolks.
Salt, pepper, add greens and half the cheese grated on a fine grater.
Put a layer of brisket on the bottom of potato boats.
Cover with filling.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese on top. And bake in the preheated oven to 200 degrees until golden.
