Potatoes - 400 gr, Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp, Garlic - 1 tooth, Salt - to taste
Put the potatoes in a heat-resistant tin. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes. You can cover the form with foil - then the potatoes will turn out to be stewed, or you can open 10 minutes before the end of baking - then there will be a light crisp golden. If you like the crisp version of the dish more, then do not cover the shape with foil at all.
