How delicious to bake potatoes in a spiral to the festive table? For this dish, it is better to use large oval-shaped tubers. We cook from the calculation one large potato per person. Wash the potatoes thoroughly with a brush and rinse in clean water. Dry the tubers with paper wipes.
Pierce each potato through the middle with an iron skewer. Wooden skewers can be used for the recipe, but they are a little more difficult to pierce raw potatoes, you can break a wooden stick.
