How to bake potatoes with garlic in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose flat potatoes, without damage, so that even wedges are obtained in chopped form. Peel and rinse the potatoes. If you have new potatoes, then you can simply wash them with a brush - the thin skin can be easily cleaned.

Squeeze the juice from half the lemon. In a deep bowl, combine vegetable oil, lemon juice and mustard.

Peel the garlic and pass through the press. Add the crushed garlic, paprika, curry, ground pepper and aromatic herbs to the bowl. Add a little salt to everything. Mix all the ingredients together well.
