How to bake Idaho potatoes in the oven? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. For such a dish, you need to take not large, medium and small tubers, better young potatoes, because it will bake with peel.
Wash the potatoes in running water with a brush, dry and cut first into two halves, each of them into slices, as a rule, these are three to four pieces.
Pour the water into the pan, add some salt to it, turn on the heat. When the water boils, place the potato wedges in a saucepan of water and cook for no more than two minutes from the moment you boil.
Leave the potatoes to stand in a bowl of spices for about 10 minutes so that each slice is well soaked in spices and oil.
On a dry baking sheet (you can cover it with parchment, but not necessarily, the potatoes will be in oil and will not dry to the baking sheet) put slices of marinated potatoes in rows so that they do not touch each other. Pour the remaining marinade over the potatoes on top.
