How to make flounder with vegetables in the oven? First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Vegetables can be replaced or supplemented to your liking. Red onions can be replaced with regular bulb or shallots. Instead of cherry, you can take regular tomatoes. To make the dish bright, take red and yellow tomatoes.
Wash the flounder, dry it. If the fish is headed, it can be preserved by removing the gills beforehand. Fins and tail can be removed if desired. Make cuts on both sides of the fish with a sharp knife.
