How to bake a juicy pink salmon with potatoes? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. My pink salmon was frozen. It must be pre-thawed at room temperature. Then rinse the fish, dry and cut into pieces. Peel the potatoes and rinse them in running water from dirt. If you use new potatoes, you can simply wash them with a brush without peeling them.

Cut the prepared potatoes into circles.

For baking, you can use any heat-resistant form - made of glass, ceramic or metal. Brush the bottom and sides of the form with a little vegetable oil and place the chopped potatoes. Spread it evenly over the entire surface. Sprinkle salt and spices over the potatoes. As a spice, you can use a little ground pepper or dry herbs.

Put the pink salmon, cut into pieces, on the potatoes.

Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and cut into rings. Evenly spread onion rings over the entire surface of the fish.

Cover everything evenly with sour cream. If sour cream is thick, then it can be diluted a little with water. To taste, add some more salt and spices for the fish.

Wash the tomatoes, cut into circles and spread over the sour cream.

Sprinkle the top layer generously with cheese grated over a coarse grater.

Cover everything with a sheet of foil on top and twist the edges so that everything is closed on the sides and the heat does not go out. Place the tin in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 50-60 minutes. Navigate your oven.

After the specified time, remove the foil sheet. The fish is cooked quickly enough, so try the potatoes for softness. If the potatoes are ready, then the mold can be removed from the oven.

Pink salmon baked with potatoes in foil is ready! Arrange the dish on plates and serve to the table! Have a pleasant appetite!
