How to bake shins with potatoes with mayonnaise? Prepare everything you need for this. For baking, you can take a whole chicken and chop it into pieces. Or you can take some parts separately, like me. Peel the potatoes and rinse them in running water from contaminants.
Cut the peeled potatoes into large pieces.
Add some mayonnaise to the potatoes and salt. Stir the potatoes so that they are evenly dug in mayonnaise on all sides.
Stir the chicken with the mayonnaise and spices.
For baking, take any heat-resistant form. It can be glass, metal or, like me, ceramic. Place the mayonnaise potatoes in the tin, spreading them evenly over the entire surface.
Top the potatoes with mayonnaise chicken. Pour a little hot water into the mold. This is necessary to ensure that the potatoes are not dried, but evenly baked.
Bake the dish in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, for an hour. When baking, navigate your oven. When the dish is ready, the potatoes will be soft, the chicken will be baked and will be appetising golden. If the chicken is pierced with a knife, light juice will appear.
Remove the finished dish from the oven, transfer to plates and serve. Enjoy your meal!
