How do you make pot roasts in the oven with meat? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Any type of meat can be used for cooking. It can be lamb, chicken, beef or like mine - pork. Peel and rinse the potatoes beforehand.
Cut the pork into small pieces and transfer to a bowl. Add the mustard, salt and spices. Stir everything and leave to stand for 30-60 minutes so that the meat is minced.
Peel the onions and carrots, rinse. Cut the carrots into small cubes. Finely chop the onions. And cut the potatoes into small pieces.
Fry the meat over a high heat so that it changes color. This is necessary so that when baking, the pieces of meat do not stick together.
Spread the fried meat into prepared ceramic pots.
Rinse the champignons, dry and cut into 2-4 parts. Spread the mushrooms into pots.
