How to make a roast in pots with mushrooms in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Any type of meat can be used for cooking. It could be chicken, beef or, like mine, pork. Choose boneless meat, with minimal fat. Peel the potatoes in advance and rinse them from contaminants in running water. Mushrooms can be used any. I take champignons.
In a separate glass, mix the water with the tomato paste and sour cream. Fill the pots. More can be added if desired. Just do not pour to the top, otherwise, when boiling in the oven, it will pour over the top of the pots. Cover the pots with lids and place in a cold oven. Turn on 200 degrees and leave the pots in the ovens for 45-50 minutes. Navigate your oven.

Cut the pork into small pieces and place in a bowl. Pour over the soy sauce. Sprinkle some spice over the meat. Stir and leave the meat for 30 minutes to stir.
Rinse champignons from contaminants and dry. Preheat the frying pan to hot, pour in some vegetable oil and place the chopped mushrooms. Fry them for 5-7 minutes. During this time, they will decrease slightly in size. Transfer the fried mushrooms to a plate.
In the same pan, fry the prepared meat for 3-5 minutes. During this time, the meat will change color and all juices are sealed inside the pieces.
Peel the onion, rinse and finely chop.
Spread the fried meat into prepared pots. Then lay out the chopped onions. And then mushrooms.
Chop the peeled potatoes into pots. Sprinkle with salt and spices.
If the potatoes have become soft, then the pots can be taken out. Or you can turn off the oven and leave them there to stand a little. Pot roast with mushrooms and potatoes ready. Nice treat!
