1. Wash the chicken, dry and cut horizontally into the breast.
2. Grate the bird with salt, pepper, spices and garlic powder (I sometimes replace it with fresh garlic).
3. Mix the juice of half the lemon with honey and olive oil, mix well and rub the chicken on the inside with this mixture.
4. Put the chicken in a baking sheet greased side down and grease the top side with the skin. Put in the oven for 20 minutes. The temperature is 190 degrees.
5. Peel, wash and dry the potatoes. Cut into 4 parts lengthwise.
5. Turn the chicken to the other side and cover the sides with potatoes.
6. Turn the chicken over during cooking every 15-20 minutes. Baking time - 60-70 minutes.
7. When the chicken is cooked, take it out and the potatoes onto the dish. Enjoy your meal!
