Lamb leg - 3 kg, Potatoes - 7 pcs., Onions - 6 pcs., Garlic - 10 teeth., Mayonnaise - 200 gr., Soy sauce - 2 tbsp., Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp., Zira - 0.5 tsp., Pepper peas - 30 pcs., Salt - 2.5 tbsp., Tomatoes - 4 pcs., Bell pepper - 1.5 pcs., Parsley - 30 gr.
How to bake lamb up your sleeve in the oven? Prepare the products. Lamb you can use any part, I took a lamb leg. It is better if the lamb is chilled, not ice cream. Wash the meat and dry well. Cut the fat off it if it's too much.
Peel the garlic. Finely chop half the garlic.
Combine the chopped garlic with salt, ground zira and pepper.
Pepper the leg with the remaining whole garlic and rub the salt mixture on all sides.
Put the meat in your sleeve.
Put the remaining garlic with salt (usually the mixture crumbles a little) into mayonnaise. Add the soy sauce there and mix.
Pour mayonnaise over the meat.
Tie the edges and shake well to spread the mayonnaise throughout the sleeve. Place the lamb hose on a baking tray and place in the refrigerator for 5-6 (minimum 3) hours to marinate.
When the meat is cooked, peel the potatoes and cut each tuber in half or into more pieces if the potatoes are large.
Put the potatoes in the sleeve to the meat (on the meat), tie the sleeve.
Turn the hose down with potatoes and put on a baking sheet. Set up to prepare. Cook at 220 degrees for 20 minutes, then at 160 degrees for 1. 5 hours.
Cut the sleeve to make a crust on the meat.
