How to make potato zrazes with meat? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Minced meat can be used from any type of meat. I have beef pork. Mushrooms, can also be any. I have boiled wild mushrooms. But you can also take champignons. It is enough to just rinse them well. Peel and rinse the potatoes.
Cover the peeled potatoes with water, place on heat and bring to a boil. Salt a little. Cook the potatoes until cooked. It will take 15-20 minutes. Potatoes will become soft.
Drain all the water from the finished potato, mash it with a pusher and leave to cool. When cooling, leave the lid slightly open to allow extra steam to escape. With excess moisture, the zraza will not sculpt.
To make the filling, pour a little vegetable oil into a hot pan and fry the minced meat for 4-5 minutes.
Peel the onions and carrots. Finely chop the onions and grate the carrots. Add the onions and carrots to the pan to the mince. Fry everything together for 2-3 minutes.
Cut the mushrooms very finely.
Add the crushed mushrooms to the pan to the mince. Fry everything together until tender. It will take another 10 minutes.
The finished filling will start toasting a little. Add a little salt and spice to taste. Then remove the pan from the heat and cool the filling.
Add the egg and flour to the cooled potatoes. Mix everything.
With wet hands, take some potatoes, form a tortilla and put the meat filling in the center. Then close like a pie so that the edges are stuck. Form the zraz and roll in flour.
Spread the finished zrazes in a hot frying pan and fry with a small amount of vegetable oil on a low heat.
Fry the zrazes on both sides for 2-3 minutes until golden.
The perfect addition will be sour cream and garlic sauce. While the zrazes are fried, mix sour cream, dill and garlic.
Put the finished zrazes on a paper towel to remove excess oil from them. Serve the zrazes hot, complementing with the sauce. Enjoy your meal!
