Fish fillet - 500 g, Potatoes - 8 pcs., Eggs - 1 pc., Wheat flour - 2 tbsp., Salt - to taste, Ground black pepper - to taste, Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Cut the fish fillet into not large pieces, salt, pepper. 
Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, salt and squeeze from the juice. Roll the fish in flour, then in an egg and make a fur coat from potatoes. Fry in a preheated frying pan, over a medium heat until golden brown. 
Put the ready-made collops on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil and serve them hot to the table. Enjoy your meal!
