Potatoes - 5 pcs., Mushrooms - 250 g, Onions - 1 pc., Sour cream - 50 g, Water - 100 ml, Vegetable oil - 20 g, Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste
How to fry potatoes with mushrooms in a pan with sour cream? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. I have boiled porcini mushrooms, but you can take any others, for example, champignons. You don't have to cook them. You can immediately use it for frying. Peel the potatoes in advance and rinse them in running water from dirt. Sour cream can be of any fat content.
Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and finely chop.
For frying, take a comfortable deep frying pan. Preheat it to hot and pour in some vegetable oil. Spoon in the finely chopped onions and fry for a minute until transparent and a distinctive aroma appears.
Then put the mushrooms in the pan and toss them with the onions. Fry for a further 2-3 minutes.
Cut the peeled potatoes into strips or circles. Put the potatoes in a frying pan. Continue frying for a further 10 minutes. You can not cover the lid so that the potatoes do not begin to crumble.
In a separate glass, mix the sour cream with the water and pour over the potatoes. Add a little salt and spice to the pan to taste. Stir. cover and cook over a low heat for about 10 more minutes.
Potatoes with mushrooms and sour cream are ready! Remove the pan from the heat, arrange on plates and serve hot to the table. Enjoy your meal!
