How to make potato zrazes with mushrooms in a pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Peel and rinse the potatoes. Mushrooms can be used any. I have wild mushrooms that are boiled in boiling water 25-30. Instead, you can take champignons. Wash them well.
Cover the peeled potatoes with water, place on heat and bring to a boil. Salt a little. Cook for minutes until cooked. Potatoes should become soft.
Drain the hot water from the finished potato and push it with a pusher. Then cool the potatoes.
Peel the onions and rinse in cold water. Finely chop the mushrooms and onions. Pour some vegetable oil into a hot pan and fry the mushrooms with onions for 5-7 minutes. Salt mute. Cool the ready-made mushroom filling.
Add the egg and flour to the cooled potatoes. Stir.
With wet hands, form a small tortilla and make a recess in it. Put some mushroom stuffing in the centre. Top with more potatoes and glue the edges.
