A recipe for those who follow a diet or just don't like rice like me. If you have ordinary pepper, then cut it along to make boats. Put it on a baking sheet so that you can immediately see how many portions you will get.
Start the peppers. I, in order to evenly distribute the filling, put first in each pepper on a spoon of filling, then on a spoon and so the whole filling is evenly distributed on the peppers.
