How to make squash with rice and mince in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For cooking, you can use any type of mince. It can be pork, beef, chicken or mixed mince. I'll cook with minced pork.
First, boil the fig. To do this, bring the water to a boil and pour the fig into it. Cook for 10 minutes until half cooked. Then tip the rice back into a colander so it has extra water on the glass.
For baking, you can take any heat-resistant form. Brush the bottom and sides of the form with vegetable oil. Cut the washed courgette into cubes and put in an even layer along the bottom of the mold. Salt a little and sprinkle with spices.
Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and finely chop. Combine the prepared mince with the chopped onions and boiled rice. Salt and mix.
Put the minced meat with rice in an even layer over the courgettes.
Spread another layer of chopped courgettes on top.
Separately mix the water with the tomato paste and sour cream. Add salt and spices to the sauce.
Water the courgettes evenly. Cover the tin with foil and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Then remove the foil sheet, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese. Return the tin to the oven for another 15 minutes. During this time, the cheese will have time to melt.
Remove the finished dish from the oven, cool a little and serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
