Goulash in a pork pan with cranberries

Pork - 500 gr, Soy sauce - 100 ml, Cranberries - 80 gr, Paprika - 0.5 tea liters, Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp, Ground black pepper - to taste
Prepare the ingredients.
Wash the pork, dry and cut into medium pieces.
In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the pork on it for 10 minutes.
Add dried cranberries to the pork and mix. Fry together for 2 minutes.
Pour in the soy sauce and simmer everything together, stirring for a further 10 minutes.
Goulash pepper, sprinkle with paprika and mix.
Simmer under a lid for 10-15 minutes until cooked. If necessary, you can pour some water into the pan.
