Beef goulash with prunes

Beef - 600 gr, Water - 500 ml, Prunes - 150 gr, Sour cream - 3 tbsp, Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp, Wheat flour - 2 tbsp, Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp, Black ground pepper - to taste, Salt - to taste
Prepare the ingredients.
Soak prunes in cold water for 20 minutes.
Wash the meat, dry and cut into large pieces.
Fry the beef in a deep pan in vegetable oil until all the liquid evaporates and the golden crust appears.
In another pan, fry the flour until lightly golden.
Add sour cream, 250 ml of water to the flour and mix. Stirring, bring the sauce to a simmer.
At the end, add black ground pepper and cinnamon, mix.
Pour the resulting sauce into a pan with meat, mix.
Pour in the remaining water, mix the sauce until smooth, bring to a boil and simmer for 30-35 minutes.
10 minutes before readiness, when the liquid is half evaporated, add prunes. Salting the dish is better at the very end.
