How to make a beef goulash like in kindergarten? prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose beef meat without bones.
Cut the meat into small pieces. Pour some vegetable oil into a hot pan and place the chopped meat. Fry it for a few minutes. During roasting, the meat will change color and begin to fry a little.
Prepare the vegetables separately. Peel the onions and carrots and rinse them from pollution. Chop the onions and grate the carrots over a coarse grater.
Add the onions and carrots to the pan to the meat and fry all together for a minute. At the same time, a characteristic aroma will appear from vegetables.
In a separate glass, mix the cold water with the tomato paste and add the flour. Stir so that there are no lumps of flour left. The amount of water can be changed in any direction. I like it to be a lot of gravy, so I can add even more water.
Pour the resulting sauce over the meat in the pan and bring to the boil. Add salts and spices to taste. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the meat over a low heat for 30-40 minutes. The meat should become soft.
Goulash is ready! This is the perfect dish to complement any side dish. Rice, buckwheat, pasta or mashed potatoes are great. Enjoy your meal!
