How to cook cabbage rolls? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wash vegetables well (root vegetables - with a brush), clean them, wash them again and dry them.
Rinse the rice thoroughly, draining the water several times. Pour half a liter of water into a saucepan, bring to the boil, salt and lay out the fig. Reduce the heat, cover and cook for 10 minutes. During this time, it will boil only half. It is this degree of boiling that is needed so that rice can absorb all the juices from the filling. Stir and roll the rice back onto a sieve. Leave to cool.
Wash the turkey fillet. Choose turkey meat carefully so that it is fresh or chilled. Pay attention to the color of the meat, high-quality has a pink or reddish tint.
