How to make rice in a pan with onions for a side dish? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Any variety of rice can be used. I prefer to use long-grain steamed for the side dish. Spices can be taken to your liking. First of all, peel the onion and rinse it in running cold water so that it does not pinch your eyes. Finely chop the peeled onions.
During cooking, check the rice for softness and monitor the water level. You can initially add not all the water, but only 2/3 parts and, if necessary, top up if it is not enough. But it will be necessary to pour hot water so as not to change the temperature of the prepared dish. Serve a side dish of rice hot to any meat or fish dishes. Enjoy your meal!
