1. Trout clean from scales, then cut the abdomen and clean from the insides, carefully remove the black film and rinse under running water, let them drain excess liquid.
2. We make cuts on top of the fish and insert halves of lemon lobes into them. From the remaining lemon, squeeze out the juice, rub the abdomen with it and pour it over the top. Now we need to salt, pepper trout, and grate the skin with mustard. If desired, you can use your favorite spices for fish, as well as herbs, such as dill or thyme. After that, we put the fish in the refrigerator for a few hours, you can leave to soak in spices at night, it turns out even tastier.
3. Wrap the trout in foil and lay it out on a baking sheet. Put in the preheated oven and cook for about half an hour.
