Mackerel baked in mustard marinade

Prepare mackerel for pickling - cut off the head, pull out the insides, wash well and dry with paper towels. Prepare the marinade - mix mustard, soy sauce, fish seasoning, garlic and basil. Grate mackerel with marinade and send to the refrigerator to marinate for at least 2 hours (better for the night). The longer you marinate the fish, the more fragrant it is. After marinating, wrap the mackerel in foil and send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with any side dish, you can with vegetables.
