Baked pike in a royal way

1. Carefully remove the skin from the pike, cut off the tail, clean the fillet itself from the bones. The inside of the skin is salt and pepper.
2. Fry finely chopped onions (2 pcs) in vegetable oil, then add champignons and simmer until tender.
3. We scroll pike fillet, lard, two onions, garlic, herbs and bread soaked in milk twice through a meat grinder.
4. Add fried onions and mushrooms, two eggs, salt and pepper to the mince - mix.
5. We fill the skin of pike with mince. We put foil on the baking sheet and lay out onions and carrots cut into a mug on it. Next, put the pike and cover with onions and carrots.
6. Wrap in foil and send to the oven for 1 hour at 200 degrees. Enjoy your meal! ! !
