How to make whole fish baked in the oven in foil? To bake in foil, prepare any fish (better if it is not too bony), onions, a mixture of herbs and salt.
Clean the fish from scales, gut, remove the gills, cut off the outer fins.
Grate the fish well with salt from the outside and inside, roll in a mixture of herbs, grease with oil.
Take a sheet of foil, pour in a spoonful of oil and place the prepared fish. Inside the fragrance abdomen, add a couple of lemon lobes and a few onion rings.
Wrap the foil with a converter and place on a rack in an oven heated to 180 degrees for half an hour.
The fish can then be turned around and browned slightly, but this is not necessary. Delicious, fragrant baked fish is ready!
