How to fry squid and cheese stuffed in a pan in Greek? First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Bulgarian peppers can be replaced with fresh or cured tomatoes. You can supplement the filling with other ingredients to your taste, for example, olives, olives.
Peel the squid from the skin, inner films, remove the chitin plate and insides. Rinse well. If the squid is frozen, defrost them first, but not to the end - it is easier to peel the frozen squid. I have squid whole, with tails. But you can also buy already prepared cleaned frozen tubes without tails. They will simply need to be thawed.
Peel the bell peppers from the seeds and stalks and cut into small cubes. To make the dish more beautiful, you can take peppers of different colors, for example, red and yellow.
Crush Ricotta with your hands. Ricotta can be replaced with any other cheese to taste: regular Russian, mozzarella, suluguni, feta, brynza, curd or melted.
