How do you make pasta with meatballs in a pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Pasta can be used in any form. Take minced meat from any type of meat. It can be chicken, beef, pork or mixed mince. It is advisable to cook the minced meat yourself in order to be completely sure of its composition.
Lower the pasta into salted boiling water and cook according to the instructions on the package. It usually takes 15-20 minutes. Pasta should get soft.
Place the minced meat in a deep bowl. Add the chopped onions, egg, salt and spices to the mince. Mix all the ingredients well until smooth.
Preheat the frying pan to hot and pour in some vegetable oil. Roll small balls out of the meat mass and put in a pan.
Fry the meatballs over a low heat for 8-10 minutes to become a mouth-watering golden colour on all sides. Then remove the finished meatballs from the pan.
Put a second crushed onion in the same pan and fry it for a couple of minutes to soften.
Add the tomato paste and garlic passed through the press to the onion pan.
Stir everything, add 2-3 spoons of hot water from the cooked pasta. Warm everything together for a couple more minutes.
Put the ready-made pasta in a colander so that the glass has extra liquid. There is no need to wash them.
Put the finished pasta in a frying pan and stir with the tomato sauce. Lay out the finished meatballs. Stir everything, warm up for a couple of minutes and remove from the heat. Arrange the finished dish on plates and serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
