How do you make pasta nests with mince in a pan? Prepare everything you need for this. Minced meat can be used from any type of meat. I'll cook with minced pork. Pasta nests are sold in rolled rings.
Peel the onions and garlic, rinse and grind. Finely chop the onions and run the garlic through the press. Add the crushed onions and garlic to the minced meat. Add a little salt and spice and mix everything until smooth.
Prepare a deep frying pan and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Lay out the pasta nests. Do not lay them out tightly to each other, as they will increase in size when cooked.
Fill each pasta nest with meat filling.
In a separate glass, stir the tomato paste with the water and add some salt. You can add a little ground pepper.
Pour the tomato sauce over the mince nests and place over the heat. Bring everything to a boil. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over a low heat for about 20 minutes. When ready, focus on the softness of pasta. During cooking, pour sauce over the nests.
Sprinkle the nests with grated cheese 1-2 minutes before the cooking is over. Arrange the ready-made pasta nests with mince on plates and serve to the table! This is a great stand-alone dish! A pleasant appetite!
