The recipe for making chokeberry tincture is quite simple, but the total cooking time is about 2 months. The collected berries should be thoroughly washed, put in a jar and crushed (for this they use a wooden pusher). Then add the cloves and sugar and mix well. Cover the jar with gauze on top and leave it in the room for two days. Two days later, pour vodka, cover and clean for two months in a dark cool place (closet or pantry). The resulting drink has an amazing color and looks great on the festive table.
