60 servings105 days
Apples - 20 kg, Sugar - 3 kg
The wine has become almost transparent, but not yet light, there are no visible bubbles, which means that the fermentation process has practically come to an end. Drain the liquid into the jars using a tube, leaving the sediment at the bottom, strain through several layers of gauze. The sediment itself can also be strained through a dense layer of gauze.
Close the jars tightly with lids. It can be understood that the fermentation process has completely stopped by the fact that the wine has become absolutely transparent, amber in color, and bubbles are no longer released. Strain the wine again through the gauze layers, leaving the sediment at the bottom.

Squeeze the juice out of the apples. Out of 20 kg, on average, 15 liters of juice are obtained depending on the variety and juiciness of the apples.
Strain the apple juice through a few layers of gauze.
Pour the juice into large bottles, filling them for three quarters.
Add sugar to the juice at the rate of 200 grams per 1 liter. Stir the juice thoroughly until the sugar dissolves.
Install hydraulic locks on the bottle. Top up the water as it evaporates. The fermentation process will last 1-1. 5 months. Place the bootles in a dark place at room temperature.
Young apple wine can already be drunk, but it is better to put it on ripening for another 1-1. 5 months, closing the lid. Store the apple wine in a cool place, sure to be dark, so it doesn't lose its lovely colour. Such wine is stored for a long time, but no more than 2 years. Cook with pleasure!
